4. How Penfold collects personal information
   Penfold collects personal information when you make a purchase of a new or used vehicle from Penfold, when you have your vehicle serviced or appraised by Penfold or when you register on the Penfold website. Penfold intends to keep track of the domains from which people visit its website. Penfold will analyse this data for trends and statistics.
5. Why Penfold collects and uses personal information
   Penfold collects and uses personal information for a number of purposes. These purposes are:
   • To inform our customers of any marketing offers that Penfold may provide in relation to products or services that Penfold believes may be of interest to you.
6. Who does Penfold share your personal information with?
   Penfold may share your personal information (such as name and address) with companies who are contracted to perform part of Penfold’s service delivery. This includes organizations such as third party contractors, marketing consultants and mail houses.
